If you need to return or exchange any item purchased from zzwheels.com,
please notify us by calling 626-292-6093. Our sales staffs will be glad
to assist you. You will be given a Return Authorization Number. We will
accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
General Return Information
A full credit will be issued for the following reasons:
1) Wrong merchandise is received and zzwheels.com is at fault.
2) Merchandise is defective
3) Merchandise does not fit properly, and was approved by zzwheels.com,
and there is no "customer request disclaimer" on your invoice.
Any other returns will be subject to the following deductions: All returned
orders (or orders refused delivery) not meeting the above circumstances
will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, along with all shipping costs.
Credit will take at least 2 weeks to be issued to ensure the accuracy of
any shipping/handling fees.
Return Conditions and Procedures
All merchandise must be in new condition. Wheels must not have had been
tires mounted on them, or been mounted onto a vehicle. All merchandise must
be properly packaged. Whenever possible merchandise should be packaged the
same way and with the same materials as it was received.
- If product is returned by customer: · Do not ship via U.S. Postal Service.
- Make sure merchandise is fully insured.
- Customer info and return authorization number must be clearly printed
on the package.
- Wheel must be secured and well protected in the box. Any Styrofoam packing
material received with the shipment must be reused in the same way.
Shipping Method
zzwheels.com ships within the United States and Canada. At this time we
do not accept international orders. zzwheels.com uses the United Parcel
Service (UPS) or Fedex to all orders within the United States. You have
the choice of Standard Ground and Expedited for most regions. The price
of shipping any product from zzwheels.com varies, according to the location
of the recipient and the size of the order. Each order's shipping charges
are calculated during time of purchase. We ship by UPS ground (unless specified
UPS expedited service) to all US continuous states and Canada. Please check
for approximate shipping times from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Warranty
Manufacturers Warranties
Wheels are covered 1-year finish and structural warranty by manufacturer.
Zzwheels.com does not express or imply any other warranties. For us to process
any wheel warranty, the wheel will have to be sent back to zzwheels.com
by (UPS or FEDEX ground) for inspection at the customer's expense. If the
wheel is deemed to be defective, zzwheels.com will reimburse shipping cost
and replacement wheels will be
Damaged Product
If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within
48 hours of receipt. Please call us immediately 626-292-6093. Ours customer
service representative will guide you through the return and replacement
process.
Check for Accuracy
When you receive you order, make sure to check that all pieces are the correct
size, color, and any extras (such as installation kit) have been enclosed.
If you purchased wheels only, make sure the shop test fits all four wheels
before mounting tires on to them. Once a tire is mounted on a rim, it is
